Yanling Deng joined NYU Shanghai as a PhD student in the fall of 2020, before which she received the bachelor’s degree and master's degree both in Civil Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2016 and 2019, respectively. Her primary research interests include transportation network modeling & optimization, transportation electrification, and emerging charging infrastructure planning & operation.
