The NYU Shanghai Center for Data Science Summer Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on research experience within NYU’s global academic network. The program is designed for students who are interested in pursuing research and developing their academic and professional skills in artificial intelligence and related fields.
During the internship, students will work closely with faculty members from NYU Shanghai. Interns will participate in ongoing research projects under faculty supervision and gain experience in various stages of the research process.
The program also aims to foster meaningful academic engagement and may provide opportunities for sustained research collaboration beyond the internship period.
Requirements
- The program is open to both undergraduate and graduate students.
- The duration of the program is 2 months with flexible starting dates. (Please ensure that you have no other commitments during the program).
Application Period
Applications are open from March 10 to April 30.
Program Support
Students will be advised by:
- NYU Shanghai faculty
- jointly with NYU New York or Abu Dhabi faculty (when applicable)
We will provide:
- A monthly housing allowance and stipend
